Results as a Service

You shouldn't pay for effort. You should pay for a business that runs better. So that's how we charge.

  1. Scope

A free video call to understand how your business runs today and where time or money is leaking. Together we agree measurable targets: hours saved, errors removed, a process that no longer needs chasing.

  2. Build

We design and build the solution remotely and show you progress as we go. You see working software early, not a big reveal at the end.

  3. Pay on results

When the agreed targets are met, we invoice. Targets not met, no invoice.

Questions

How does paying on results work?

Before any work starts, we agree measurable targets with you on a free scoping call, such as hours saved each week, errors removed, or a process that no longer needs chasing. We build the solution, and we invoice when those targets are met.

What happens if the agreed targets aren't met?

You don't pay. If the targets we agreed aren't met, there's no invoice.

How much does a website cost?

A one-page business website with your branding, a contact form and online bookings costs US$500. It's set up on your existing domain and hosting and goes live within 2 weeks of receiving your text and logins. You pay once it's live and you've checked everything works.

Where do you work?

We work with small and medium businesses in Micronesia (including Pohnpei), the Cook Islands, the wider Pacific and New Zealand. All work is done remotely.

Do we need to meet in person?

No. Scoping calls, builds, reviews and support all happen over video calls and email, scheduled to suit your time zone. There's no travel on your bill.

How long does a project take?

A one-page website is live within 2 weeks. For custom software and other projects, we agree the timeline along with the targets on the scoping call.

Is the scoping call really free?

Yes. It's a free 30-minute video call to understand your business and agree what a good result looks like. There's no obligation to go ahead.
